MBBS in Ukrain
1. People wishing to apply to TSMU
a. Copy of international passport;
b. Copy of High (Secondary) School Certificate with transcript;
c. Consent of personal data processing (please, fill in this concent in English, French, Russian or Ukrainian language).
d. Preparatory course certificate (if available);
e. Results of external independent testing (if available).
2. After receiving the packet of the above mentioned document you will get the detailed instructions. Please follow these instructions and an officialInvitation Letter for studying at TSMU will be sent to your correspondence address by courier express mail. The Invitation Letter should be submitted tothe Embassy of Ukraine in your country for the purpose of receiving a student visa.
3. After obtaining the student visa you must inform the International Students Office of TSMU about the exact date of your arrival to Ukraine and yourflight number.
4. Upon your arrival at Ternopil State Medical University you should submit the Application Pack to the International Students Office, and then you will beinvited for an interview.
Application Pack (to be submitted to the International Students Office personally)
- Passport with valid student visa;
- High (secondary) school certificate with transcript (original and copy);
- Birth certificate (original and copy);
- Health certificate (valid within two months from the moment of issue);
- HIV-negative test certificate (valid within two months from the moment of issue);
- 12 photos.
5. The admission procedure will be completed after you sign an Agreement with the University and pay your tuition fee for the 1st year of studies.

General Medicine (MD – Medical Doctor Degree, equivalent to MBBS)

Preparatory Department
Students who wish to receive training in Ukrainian or Russian language are enrolled to the Preparatory Department. A 10-month preparatory programprovides Ukrainian or Russian language courses, as well as chemistry, informatics, mathematics, physics and biology upgrading courses. The courses start onNovember 1.
After successful completion of the preparatory program students are admitted to the Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dentistry Faculties, or they can go toany other university in Ukraine and apply for any medical or non medical specialty.
