2 Years Higher National Diploma in Marine Engineering (UK) - Collaboration with Glasgow College of Nautical Sciences.

Course Commencement: 1st Aug, 2015

Course Pattern:

• Phase1- 2 years (1 year in Indian Maritime College/ University + 1 year in UK)
• Phase2- On ship training – 6 months
• Phase3- Appear for Class IV Examination in UK

Entry Requirements:

Age : Maximum 25 years

Educational Qualification :A pass in Plus-two (12th Standard) or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Math’s, Physics and Chemistry Group and minimum 50% marks in English.

Medical Standard : Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eye sight 6/6 in better eye, 6/9 in other eye and with no colour blindness. The candidate will have to appear in IELTS examination for English proficiency with minimum score of 5.5.
